Multiform (H.K.) Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Samson Paper Company (Samson), and DaiEi Papers International Corporation (DPIC) have established a joint venture sales company in Hong Kong to sell waste paper.

The name of the joint venture company is Sam Rich Trading Company Limited.

Paid-up capital of Sam Rich is HK$3 million and shareholding of Sam Rich is 70% by Multiform and 30% by DPIC.
